December 4, 2017 -- Gold and silver prices lost ground last week. "Risk" assets, including stocks, continue to reign supreme on Wall Street. The U.S. dollar closed Friday essentially flat and 10-year bond yields edged slightly higher.
While there isn't much buying in the futures markets, the physical bullion markets may be getting a boost in demand from people looking to take profits in Bitcoin. Money Metals Exchange accepts Bitcoin in payment for our bullion products, and there has been a hefty bump in both the number and size of those transactions over the past several days.
